We’re back with a load of exciting improvements and fresh features. Here’s a quick rundown!
Big improvements to payments & invoicing
We’ve been rolling out improvements to Candid Pay at a steady clip – here’s a quick roundup of what’s new in payments and invoicing since winter:
- Instant Checkout – For a true one-stop, ecommerce-like B2B buying experience, you can now opt out of invoicing as a separate step and allow buyers to pay at the time of purchase with Instant Checkout.
- Better Order Deposits – We’ve made major improvements to how order deposits are handled in Candid, including auto-application of preset percentages and the ability for non-Candid users to make payments, similar to regular invoices.
- Improved Payments Dashboard – Invoice and deposit payments now have their own dashboard independent of orders.
More flexibility for buyers.
While much of our focus has been on improving Candid’s payment and invoicing experience, we’ve also added a number of new features and quality of life improvements for managing products and catalogs:
- Custom Product Fields – Buyers can now customize products with custom printing, engraving, add-ons and more.
- Improved Promotions – More fine-tuning for promotions, including minimum order value and default first order discounts.
- Better Localization – New options for selling internationally, from multiple currencies and tax territories to limited dictionary customization.
- Improved Customer Application Form – Customer Application Forms can now be customized extensively, with additional input types and the ability to make certain items optional vs. required.
