01 Sep More Invoicing Options

Candid now supports three different invoicing and payment workflows:

1. Candid Pay

Simplest by far is Candid Pay, Candid’s integrated payment system that allows invoices to be paid via credit card & directly deposited into the seller’s account.

2. External Invoice

If you use an external system (like Quickbooks or PayPal) for the entirety of your invoicing, you can now select “Mark as Invoiced Externally” and the order will be marked “Invoice Sent,” allowing you to send reminders and record manual payments as normal.

3. Manual Payment

Whether you’ve invoiced via Candid or an external system, you can enter any payment received outside of Candid Pay – full or partial – via a simple but descriptive popup.
