New Features - Summer 2023

We’re back with a load of exciting improvements and fresh features. Here’s a quick rundown!

Introducing Candid Embedded! Now you can sell wholesale from any page on your website. No links, no compromises, just your brand and your wholesale. Candid Embedded is your solution for self-hosted B2B ecommerce, and available on any subscription plan.

Second, Candid Pay just got a major upgrade with the addition of payment processor Finix. In addition to lower rates on credit card transaction for US sellers, we now support ACH and returns.

Finally, we’ve launched a whole slew of quality-of-life improvements around the new buyer onboarding process, from enhancements to our customer application form to self-onboarding links, time-sensitive promotions and per-customer pricing.

All the above has been a long time coming. We’re so excited to finally share it with you.

What's next?

For brands: We have many projects in the works, including new and improved catalog options, improved loading times, and a better experience for your buyers overall.

 

For retailers: We’ll share more about what you can expect from Candid this upcoming fall.
